How to use the support page?

We are happy to help in any way that we can, whether it’s a support issue, feedback, an idea that you have for us or if you are simply interested in learning more about Visualead and our different products. Please Contact Us about anything that you have in mind regarding our service.

Using the support search box

You can use various ways to seek information on what you are looking for. One of these is by using the support search box. This is generally open for users who have not yet signed up for an account in Visualead. All you have to do is to click Support from the footer section of the website. 
Then, you will be directed to the search page where you can type in your inquiry or matter of concern in the search box. 

Submit a ticket

If your search does not yield to any results or you can't find what you're looking for, we recommend that you use the submit ticket page, where you will be directed to one of our customer support representatives. 

Fill out the form with your email address, name, subject, description, and attachment of files that you wish to include. You will also be required to select the issue of concern from a drop-down menu. 
The knowledge base

If you want an easier navigation through the issue you are presently encountering and looking for an immediate answer, you can use the frequently asked questions.

To get started, go to the support page and  type in your inquiry or keywords from your query inside the search box we have provided and the system will automatically populate results based on what you need. You will be then be provided with a list of articles and links associated with your concern, with the most relevant items listed first.
