How to submit a ticket?

Whether it is a technical issue about your Visual QR codes or an issue with your accounts, we are always here to help in any way that we can. One of the ways in which you can seek help and support for your concerns and inquiries is through submitting a ticket. Personally engage with a customer support representative who will be present to answer your queries in the shortest time possible. 

From the support page, click Submit a Request and you will be directed to another page with fields provide for you to supply information into. Fill out the form with your email address, name, subject, description, and attachment of files that you wish to include. You will also be required to select the issue of concern from a drop-down menu. 

Get notified once a customer support representative has responded to your inquiry. They are with you day in and day out, to help you find your way around Visualead.
